Designer

If you’ve got a discerning design eye and could get excited about brand micro-management across several client accounts, this role might be for you.
The scope of this role will cover brand management, digital content creation, and design system creation and management. We’re a small company and so everyone wears several hats, but that doesn’t mean we’re expecting a unicorn. Part of the job includes ongoing professional development and being solutions-oriented, willing and able to learn quickly, and a problem solver with a good eye are the most important factors we’re after. We will give you the tools you need and guidance along the way.
Hard skills requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
• Figma (This is a tool that all our fin services clients use. While starting expertise is preferential but not necessary, a willingness to dive into the deep end from day 1 is imperative)
• Basic Final Cut Pro
• Google products, but especially Google Slides
• Basic photography understanding
